Workshop Technician
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Workshop Technician to join our team full time. We farm 700 ha of soft fruit and arable crops across Kent. You will be based in our modern well-equipped workshop at Barons Place, Mereworth, Maidstone.
Normal Working Hours: 7:00 – 16:00 (45 minute break)
Monday – Friday with some Saturdays
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications

Your responsibilities would include:
Maintaining and repairing a range of agricultural tractors, machinery, vehicles and equipment
In house fabrication
General housekeeping duties within the workshop
Some yard duties such as taking delivery of equipment
Our ideal candidate would be:
A self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with varied work
Responsible, trustworthy and have good communication skills
Friendly, approachable and have a keen can-do attitude
Mechanically minded with a good understanding of machinery
Qualifications and Experience
Full clean UK driving licence
Forklift licence (advantage)
Formal agricultural/horticultural mechanisation training
Tractor driving experience
Agricultural machinery maintenance experience
